Hi I Have A Larger Than Normal Freckle Like Patch

Hi I have a larger than normal freckle like patch appeared at top off my nose it has different shaped edges like a 20p shape and about the size of the rubber on end of a pencil it is all same colour light brown same colour as rest off my freckles and hasn't change should I be worried?
