Hi I Have A Little Raised LFTs. My Doctor Told

Hi I have a little raised LFTs. My doctor told me not to worry as these are due to fatty liver. A friend advised me to take Liv. 52 902 tablets 03 times a day) and my LFTs would return back within limits. Wanted to try this but before that I want to know if there are any side effects and that if after taking Liv 52 for say a month and then discontinuing would not result in an increase of LFTs again. Thanks
