Could I Still Be Pregnant Despite Negative Tests After A Positive One, Spotting, Nausea, And Past Miscarriages?

Hi I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms I came off of the pill on monday 19th of June and took a pregnancy test on 21st of June which tested positive at 22.05 pm and on Friday the 23rd I started pink spotting and feeling nauseous in the morning and night with back ache, I feel the vomit in the back of my throat but it won t come out. I have taken tests since and have been negative some with faint line thst disappear after a few minutes, I have had 2 previous miscarriages and have stopped all medication accept citralopram, am I pregnant
