Hi I Have A Lot Of Pressure In My Head

Hi I have a lot of pressure in my head , the top of my head feels like it will explode Lol and when I bend over just a little it feels like the top of my head is coming off . Also my nose is sensitive to my glasses , and pain in my cheeks. I’am a little stuffy in my nose but no other systems.
