Hi , I Have A Lot Of Vaginal Discharge And

Hi , I have a lot of vaginal discharge and it seems to be yellow and sometimes white , I have cramps also . And sore breast . I'm not pregnant and I went to the doctors I had a yeast infection I took a pill for it but the discharge keeps coming I've gotten checked for std but haven't gotten a call back
