Hi, I Have A Lower Back Ache Which Seems To

Hi, I have a lower back ache which seems to be intensifying. i am pretty sure I have not injured my back in any way. The back ache started just before i became sick with a stomach/digestive tract virus. The digestive tract is okay now but I am left with this back ache. I do not know if I should seek treatment or just wait it out.
