Hi I Have A Lump Above And To The Left

Hi I have a lump above and to the left of my clitorus. It is probably at least a 1/2 inch in length and maybe the width 1/3 inch in width. It is very painful. I've been tested for std's within the last year and have only had partners that also get tested regularly. Please help!
