Hi I Have A Lump At The Back Of My

Hi I have a lump at the back of my head on the right hand side it's about 1cm and I've had it for years but it's only started to give me pain now . It give me slight headaches and ear aches on my right hand side . Also my jaw line hurts on my right side .
