Hi, I Have A Lump At The Base Of My

Hi, I have a lump at the base of my left Achilles tendon which is very tender and causes me great pain when i walk. I have had no trauma to this area but have had my right Achilles
tendon repaired in June. Could this lump be caused by my ongoing issues associated with my other injury?
