Hi. I Have A Lump In Between My Lady Area

Hi. I have a lump in between my lady area and my leg, it was a small ball under my skin but the past few days it's grown loads and keeps pussing, it's very sore and red. It will let loads of puss out then will bleed, then a few hours later theyll be more puss? I'm really concerned, any help would be welcome :) Thank you.
