Hi I Have A Lump Inside My Ear , It

Hi I have a lump inside my ear , it is purple and has been there for a week . I got a piercing inside my ear three weeks ago so I think its infected but had been washing my ear with antiseptic solution the whole time . The lump isn't crazy big but is noticeable . Should I remove piercing or start to wash with surgical spirits ?
