Hi, I Have A Lump On Top Inner Thigh Not

Hi, I have a lump on top inner thigh not painful that it's unbearable but there is at times discomfort. Now that same leg at night does bother me at night only. I work at a desk daily so don't know ifthat plays a part. The pain does not b seem b to radiate up and down leg , there is no discoloration or warmth that I have noticed but can feel it it at times sitting. Oh it's fatty , soft and moves also when intouch not stiff. Please let me know c what I need to do.
