Hi, I Have A Lump That Is On The Firm

Hi, I have a lump that is on the firm side that is located between my anus and testicles. I spotted it over a month ago and started to feel it out. I squeezed it at one point and a small amount of white liquid came out. It does not hurt and its shaped like a bean. Any advice?
