Hi, I Have A Mild Irritatingly Sharpish But Dense Pain

Hi, I have a mild irritatingly sharpish but dense pain in my abdomen. I feel like it could be in my intestine and sometimes my right ovary.
The feeling sometimes makes me feel like I'm bleeding and sometimes feels like it could be trapped wind. I am definitely not pregnant!
I also feel like a nerve is effected as I can feel a throbbing feeling in the midst which travels through the middle down to the lowest part of my bottom cheek closest to the vagina. Blood tests come back clear and I have a cyst on my ovary which my go suggested that I am sensitive to ovulation. I disagree as I am not ovulating at the moment and have this pain more often than not.
When I first started feeling it over a year ago, initially I was feeling bloated after anything I ate but I changed my diet and no longer feel bloated.
With this feeling I get very frustrated and irritated, sometimes feel nauscious dizzy and can hear my heart beating and ringing ears.
