Hi.. I have a miscarriage a month back.
Today, my ultra sound report reveals " uterus: retroverted. Measures 5.5×4.9×3.6 cms.
Normal size, shape & echotexture. Cavity echo is distended. Heterogenous lesion - 2.0×0.8 cm with low resistance flow noted within uterine cavity.

Please help. Is there a cause to worry.
