Hi I Have A Missed Period Which Is Supposed To

Hi I have a missed period which is supposed to come on December 6 th. For the past 5 months I'm having regular periods exactly in 6 th or 5 th. I ve been trying to conceive since few months and I remember our last try during one of my ovulation days. I tested 10 days after my supposed period date and it came out negative. But I feel slight pricking sensation in lower abdomen and pain on and off, not exactly like periods but similar to it. Other than these Im normal. Is there chances that I am pregnant. Or if I had to try again how will I assess my fertile period without getting my periods.
