I have a month old baby weighing 2.7kg. The baby seems normal but he is spitting after every feeding. Another worry that i have is he has a sore button and water is leaking out of his anus. It's little yellowish in colour and sort of leaking out in every one to two hours. Otherwise the baby is fine. Please help me.
