Hi, I Have A New Mold On My Shoulder I

Hi, I have a new mold on my shoulder I first thought was a black head and just kept scratching at it. After closely examining it today I realize it's something else. I also noticed that a few inches down from there I have another one I didn't have before. It's about a quarter inch in size, odd shaped with a white dot on top that resembles a Whitehead.
