Hi, I Have A Noise In Both Ears, Or In

Hi, I have a noise in both ears, or in between my ears. It s almost like crickets or a soft roaring.
It does not affect my hearing but it is annoying.
Mostly in the evening when I am tired and it is very quiet ( I leave on a farm by myself).
