Hi, I Have A Number Of Symptoms Which May Be

Hi, I have a number of symptoms which may be related or not. I'm a 40 year old male. Slightly overweight. I'm very tired through out the day. Increase in bowl movements, increase in urine output, itchy shins. Dull pain under right ribs. Pins and needles in right hand when driving. Any advise? Thanks
