Hi, I Have A Pain In My Lower Back, When

Hi, I have a pain in my lower back, when I get up in the morning my back is really stiff and my muscles contract with movement to the point where I sometimes feel a little short of breath sometimes. I try to sit straight when I sit down , but it feel very painful in my middle and lower back. can you help please.
