Hi I Have A Painful Lump Between The Anus And

Hi I have a painful lump between the anus and the vagina. It is the size of my thumb but slightly bigger and it painful and tender to touch. It hurts when I sit, stand and walk. I have been having cough the past week and a bad constipation two weeks ago. It's slightly reddish. And no I've never had sex before noreturning shave down there.
