Hi I Have A Painful Shoulder Mainly When I Move

Hi I have a painful shoulder mainly when i move it and also tingling and numbness in my right arm. i do a lot of lifting as i have two young children who always want to be picked up. It feels like air bubbles popping on top of my right shoulder blade.
