Hi, I Have A Piece Of Foreskin Attached To My

Hi, I have a piece of foreskin attached to my penis head its connected to the shaft on penis like a bridge, my penis head do not have the full mushroom shape.when I get a erection its like it restricts my foreskin to roll back automatically , I had to forcefully pull it back while mastrubating. Please suggest how can I get rid of this by myself without going for any surgery.
