I have a piles ( bleeding with stool) problem and when I check up there’s also a shortage of vitamin d and having under weight also I want to use amway nutrilites products so which which products of nutrilite we can take for cure this disease permanently and I’m taking pomegranate peel powder also and which time time we will eat nutrilite products..
