Hi! I Have A Pimple Like Bump Near The Edge

Hi! I have a pimple like bump near the edge of my right areola. It started about a week ago, looking very much like a pimple with a tiny black center. I thought it might be a pimple since it was time for my period. I have since gotten my period but the bump is now filled with what looks like yellowish puss. It hurts a bit, did form the start, like a pimple would. I am 37 years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding. Should I see my doctor? Thanks!
