Hi I Have A Pinched Nerve In C6 C7 I

Hi I have a pinched nerve in C6 C7 I have prior stomach inflammation and I am worried as I have been taking naproxyn for 4 weeks now, does it really help with a pinched nerve or should i stop naproxyn 1000mg one per day slow release as i am worried about my stomach, any ideas about trating a pinched nerve with pain in upper back and down left arm?
