Hi I Have A Popping Sensation Under My Right Rib,

Hi I have a popping sensation under my right rib, only slight burning pain every so often and a bit of an ache. It pops when I bend over or rub it and fells like it stings sometimes when I rub it. I dont have the pain everyday and it comes and goes, My right arm today feels very heavy like a trapped nerve, what could this be please? I am very worried.
