Hi, I Have A Possible Infection In My Jaw. Terrible

Hi, I have a possible infection in my jaw. Terrible pain. I went to a urgent care last night. 12-24-16. The PA gave me a RX for a antibiotic and (IC IBUPROFEN 800mg). I specificly told her that I was taking Warfarin 7.5 daily. I didn't pay attention to what she wrote. Of course they are closed today to check on it. I've all ways been advised to not take anything with Ibuprofen in it with my Warfarin. Is this correct or can I actually take it. I need something for the pain. Aspirin just doesn't cut it for me.
