Hi, I Have A Problem. A Few Days Ago I

Hi,
I have a problem. A few days ago I discovered that I have a small scar inside the meatus, on the left side. I feel a constant but not very powerful pain because of it but I don't have any problems related or during urination.
Could you tell me what this could be ? Is there a treatment for this or do I simply need to wait a few days until the scar heals ?
