Hi I Have A Problem With Blood Popping Up On

Hi I have a problem with blood popping up on my legs up to my knees! When I think they might be going away, more pop up. Been to three Drs and they don't know what is causing it, they either say we age or my meds I am taking. One of my Drs had my blood drawn and my platles are fine. My legs look terrible and they hurt. You can see the blood under my skin and sometimes they break and blood runs down my leg. Please help me!! Only in the front of my legs!
