Hi, I have a problem with my face. In the morning I wake up with swollen eye lids, face, sometimes fingers on my hand. The other thing is visible dark circles under my eyes. I would like to know, what to do, if it is a problem with dust mites, or food allergy. But I have a feeling about the mites, because I feel itchy around my house, cats ... is there a diet I should change as well? Thank you.
