Hi I Have A Problem With My Scalp And I'm

Hi I have a problem with my scalp and I'm honestly very shy to go to the doctor I have these pimples in the back of my head not sure if they're pimples they just hurt at times and at times itch quit a lot I tried using dandruff shampoo but it didn't help much time to time I'll feel okay but out of no where I'll get the feeling all over again and it feels horrible I'm only 17 please help anything that could help me? :(
