Hi I Have A Problem With My Sinus. My Nose

Hi I have a problem with my sinus. My nose blocks at night and day mostly when I lie down. I don't have headaches, just feels like my nose is a little swollen inside and I cant manage to keep my nose unblocked for long. I am using sinutab nasal spray but its no longer helping. What can I Do.
