Hi, I Have A Problem With My Skin All Over

Hi, I have a problem with my skin all over my back and stomach area where it's not showing to the sun. It's been showing which spots all over it but it's not itchy...Just wondering how I will get rid of it pls...also I have some old like abour 15yrs scars from old marks but it just clearing out so it's leaving both my legs from knee down a very bad appearence of black scars and I would like to be nice and smooth preparing to be on stage for a contest on bikini challenge. pls help it would be much appreciated on my self confidence on stage....many thanks
