Hi I Have A Problem With The Back Of My

Hi I have a problem with the back of my throat I have very large yellow lumps behind my tonsils 1 in the centre of my throat and the other to the right the 1 on the right it's fairly larger than the one at the back of my throat it hurts to swallow and the second lump at the side only formed last night I'm only saying it now when I woke up have you any advice or can you help thanks.
