Hi, I Have A Pulsating Sensation On The Right Side

Hi, I have a pulsating sensation on the right side of my head from about the temple possibly to the ear. I am male, 40, not on medication but in good health. I am currently doing an intermittent fast (18/6), about one week in. I had a meal about an hour ago and a drink shortly afterwards. I'm a shift worker doing 12 hour shifts both days and nights and am currently on nights.
