Hi I Have A Question. I Have Had A Cold

Hi I have a question. I have had a cold for about a week now and my ear started playing up about 4 days ago it started with it popping everytime I yawned but then it started to clog up or something and I couldn't hear clear through my right ear for the last 2 days but today it started rattling in my ear like loose wax and when I went to go to sleep it kept moving around and keeping me awake so I put my finger in my ear for a dig and when I pulled my finger out it was like a suction and my ear hurt ALOT! And I was in pain for about half an hour then it started making noises in my ear I layed back down with a hot water bottle under my ear and after a few minutes of pain my ear popped and there was blood coming out of my ear not a lot but I can feel the blood in my ear like water is stuck there but i can't get it out I'm scared my ear will hurt again what should I do?
