Hi I have a question I really don't know what's wrong with me but my symptoms are getting little bit of pain on left hand sometimes I get like a pain in my chest and I can feel like my heart kinda pops or something like that and I can feel my Pulse kinds slow then super fast I get dizzy and feel like throwing up should I worry or its normal
