Hi I Have A Question I Was Given Megestrol Ac

Hi I have a question I was given Megestrol Ac 40 MG/ML 10ML by mouth daily awhile back to help my immune system bc I was having a problem not wanting to eat and not gaining weight I was losing I have a colon issue that doesn't help either with my UC I tend to not gain much. Well I had some left over from when I was taking it and stopped then decided to finish the medicine a couple months later now I'm having an issue not staring my women's cycle I've missed my period this month but I only took it for two weeks if that I took a pg test which said negative and with all the side effects of this medicine I'm a little nervous with it saying all the things it does about pregnancy. I go to the doc wed. But I was just wanting to know a lil more about this topic and more info on a problem like this should I be worried. THANKS MELISSA
