Hi, I have a question. I was putting dishes away, and left the cabinets open. I bent down, and when I came back up, I slammed into the upper cabinets lower corner. I hit so hard, I fell back down. There was bleeding and I see a 2 inch laceration. There is also a goose egg on my head. This happened yesterday. All day yesterday I felt dizzy and a headache. Today I feel dizzy and off balance. Should I seek medical attention?
