Hi, I Have A Question... My Period Is A Whole

Hi, I have a question... My Period is a whole Week late.... today I had light bleeding when I wiped myself after using the bathroom.... when I went back to the bathroom to see if there was more blood, there wasn't... What could this be? and yes I have had mild pains in my lower belly
