Hi, I Have A Question About Omeprazole That I Am

Hi, I have a question about Omeprazole that I am taking along with antibiotics (Amoxicillin and Clarithromycin) for H. Pylori...I am a week late in my period with no symptoms of menstruation, but the pregnancy test I took yesterday was negative. Could the drugs be having an effect on me? If I were really pregnant and it's just too early for the test to show positive, would taking these drugs hurt the baby? Thanks for any help. Doctor's office has been closed for the weekend.
