Hi, I Have A Question About Armour Dosage And How

Hi, I have a question about armour dosage and how it should be taken. I have hypothyroid and my doctor put me on 75mcg of synthroid and 5 of liothyronine. In my last visit he said I went a little hyper. Tsh .116 and t4 in upper range. I did have a little anxiety and was tired. He wanted to switch me to armour and now has me taking 90 MWF and 60 TTSS. Is that okay to be going up and down like that? I felt very emotional and my heart was beating fast today taking 90 (for the first time). I appreciate any advice :) thank you!
