Hi, I Have A Question About Bleeding The Morning After

Hi, I have a question about bleeding the morning after sex. Until last night I hadn't had sex since my 2 year old son was conceived (single mum). It was protected sex but this morning when I urinated, when I wiped there was blood on the tissue but not in the urine. What could that be? I'm not due for my period. This was also my second time ever having sex and also have a a scar from episiotomy from birth. The sex was also a bit rough I was just wondering if the bleeding would just be from that and nothing more serious? I have urinated again and there was no blood on the tissue this time
