Hi, I have a question about high blood pressure concerning my father, we drove from Montana to California yesterday for work and he flew into Montana the day before. He had to have a blood pressure test and his blood pressure was high he takes blood pressure medicine 5 mg. he has to go back tomorrow to take another test is there anything he can do in the next 24 hours to get his blood pressure down
