Hi, I have a question about hormones, herbalife and stuff. I am 26 almost 27 years old. I started taking herbalife products about 3 weeks ago. The shakes and tea and stuff. I was on my menstrual cycle when I started the products. Ever since then, I have bled 2 times for a day or two.. then every other day I am spotting. Do you think this is from herbalife, hormonal changes or something else? I was eating horrible but I stopped everything cold turkey. Stopped coffee, fast food, sodas all at once. Ive just been worried so I wanted to ask. I have an appointment with my obgyn for a yearly check up after the first of the year but this started after I made my appointment.
