Hi I Have A Question About My Tooth Ache. My

Hi I have a question about my tooth ache. My lower molar's crown is fractured and started to decay, but I also have impacted wisdom teeth. My gums doesn't hurt when I apply pressure but I have pain radiating from that side. There is a lot of pressure in the fractured molar. What seems to be causing the pain and pressure? What can I do to relieve these symptoms? I also have a slight ear ache. Thank you for your time.
