Hi I Have A Question About Swelling Of The Foreskin/fluid

Hi I have a question about swelling of the foreskin/fluid build up. I have recently been diagnosed with HSV-1 and have had my first outbreak. Somewhere during the outbreak, I retracted my foreskin to allow some of the sores to heal (they are on the inside of the foreskin and it needs to be retracted for it to heal). However, my foreskin absolutely blew up into a huge fluid-filled bubble. Should I treat it like a blister and pop it?
