Hi, I Have A Question For My 81 Year Old

Hi, I have a question for my 81 year old father. He has been having ear problems. He has been dizzy, head feels full, can hear himself talk because his hear is plugged up. He has also had some blood and discharge, which his dr said is normal after he had tubes placed in his ears to relief some pressure. His doctor told him that his ear canal was small due to his bone growing shut. What can he do??
